YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in English articulation and comprehension, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record of high performance
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Deputy Team Leader
  • NA Hours - Night shift
  • BPO/ Telecoms exposure
  • Customer service & Collections & Sales experience
  • Have excellent communication and listening skills
  • Have the ability to identify problems and find solutions by imparting knowledge
  • Have analytical, time management and organisation skills
  • Are PC literate with fast typing skills and experience using appropriate software and systems
  • Have clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retentions specialists.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Set performance goals and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain customers.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle escalated customer retention issues.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Track team performance and key metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports on retention activities and results.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
