Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and investment budgets of Duty-Free Markets and Key Accounts.
  • Increase the profitability of the Portfolio through implementation of activities that improve the physical and mental availability of Bayer CH brands.
  • Efficient inventory management of key accounts, leading the Demand Review process for the customers assigned.
  • Monthly preparation of the forecast based on three months (for local customers) and 12 months for external and Duty-Free customers, onwards looking for an accuracy greater than 80% (Demand review analysis).
  • Coordinate the implementation of the activities of the key account plan, investing the resources in the most effective way.
  • Conduct business reviews every month with business support and establish joint action plans that improve the Sell Out of the brands at the points of sale.
  • Manage communication between Sales and Supply departments to establish the available portfolio and project the corresponding demand of products.
