REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leader role within the cosmetics retail/service industry
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and adaptable to other systems as required
- Strong working knowledge of retail operations, including cash and inventory control, markdown compliance, merchandise handling, and shrink management
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle due to operating hours
- Successfully clear a criminal background check RAIC requirements

Responsibilities:
- Selling and customer experience, team and service management, and product and presentation management
- Promote quality customer service among staff by acting as a positive role model
- Maintain employee attitude and morale by recognizing outstanding performance and service, motivating, and developing staff
- Analyze sales data to set sales goals and implement sales programs to meet targets
- Ensure pricing, signing, and ticketing of merchandise are accurate
- Responsible for opening and closing the store and securing all assets
- Ensure that the store is in compliance with all Airport, Provincial, and Federal employment laws/regulations
- Oversee inventory counting at the end of the shift and conduct staff bag checks
- Assume Terminal Manager’s responsibility in his/her absence
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times
- Reconciliation of cash, card, and bank deposits
- Investigate any cash discrepancies together with the cashier to identify and solve problems
- Organize and coordinate shift plans.
