REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a hotel Duty Manager is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Opera property management system
- Previous hotel experience at management or supervisors level
- Relevant 3rd level Hospitality qualifications is desirable
- Previous experience in a restaurant/ dining position
- Experience in working in hotel Front Office
- Experience working in hotel housekeeping
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel while on duty.
- Parachute into busy departments in the operations - F&B, C&B, Housekeeping and Front Office as needed.
Guest relations, manage guest queries and resolve any potential issues for guests.
- Ensure hotel standards are maintained , in customer service , Health & Safety and control (SOPs)
- Forward planning for large events , BEO review etc.
