Job Description
As a Duty Manager, you will complete the following tasks (but not limited to):
- Support the Front Office Manager in the daily management of the Front Office department.
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the department during your shift while ensuring guest comfort and exceptional service at all times.
- Leading by example in providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to all guests at all times.
- Deal effectively with guest complaints and feedback in an efficient and professional manner
- Implementing strategies to increase productivity and morale.
- You will be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM, PM and night shifts as required.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus:
- C Class Manual Driver’s License (Preferred).
- Previous hotel experience in Front Office GSA/Supervisor or DM role (Min 2 Years).
- RSA Certificate (Required).
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to motivate team members.
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Opera experience desirable.
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster.
- Flexibility to work overnights.
