To lead the team in delivering exceptional member experiences while ensuring the club maintains high service standards, health and safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within the fitness or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
