A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working alongside the In Room Dining Manager, you’ll be responsible for the supervision and training of staff on the floor, developing and motivating a team of passionate and highly skilled individuals as well as ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of service.

To be successful in this role, ideally

• You’ll have approximately 3 years supervisory experience within Food & Beverage and hold a General Managers licence.
• You’ll also likely be someone with an outgoing, friendly and welcoming nature who has a positive attitude to help make our guests feel at home.
• Be quick on your feet and able to juggle many tasks at once
• Strong communication skills and problem skills are a must as well as the flexibility to work a range of shifts including nights and weekends
