A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

• You will be in charge of staff management by keeping staff motivated and engaged, contributing to performance management, role modelling delivery of SkyCity’s brand, assist in training and more
• You will be responsible for guest satisfaction through management of your team
• You will be required to meet all compliance requirements and ongoing trainings around this
• Assist in ensuring F&B is achieving the budgeted margin of financial performance within this area by adhering to the rostering and purchasing practises.
• The salary offer will range from $60k - $70k per annum based on experience
• The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours minimum rostered from Monday - Sunday
