One of Hamilton’s coolest hangouts, The Roaming Giant, is looking for a Duty Manager to join the team!
Are you looking for the next step up in your hospitality career and seeking more responsibility? The Roaming Giant is seeking their next Duty Manager/Assistant Business Leader; a natural-born leader with a knack for mentorship and the ability to drive and inspire the people around you. This role involves looking after a range of key business functions such as customer relationship management, rostering the team, training new team members, and supporting the Business Leader with administrative responsibilities (among other tasks).
It’s a fast-paced gig with plenty of responsibility, so ideally, you’ll need a current Duty Manager’s License and past experience in a similar role to hit the ground running. Got a head for numbers alongside your leadership skills? With a fine attention to detail and an admirable ability to maintain consistently high-quality service, you’ll fit into our close-knit crew, knowing how to go above and beyond for our customers while ensuring the team performs well during your responsible shifts.
