Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Attractions Manager will assist with the daily operation of our attraction with a focus on Children’s Activity Workshop’s, encompassing multiple areas (or Districts). The role is responsible for staffing, service/interaction, maintenance and general functionality of the Activity Workshops. It will be your responsibility to ensure that both team members and visitors have a great time and the daily operation runs as smoothly as possible.
The Attractions Manager is also a key member of the operational management team and will ensure the City is adequately staffed in line with both the operational calendar and the departmental labor budgets. Working closely with Talent, the Attractions Manager is also instrumental in the monthly payroll process by collating hours worked for the whole operational team and managing the holiday process.
This role also includes being heavily involved in training alongside the learning and development and experience teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the operation of all the KidZania Establishments on a daily basis in compliance with image standards and establishment functionality.
  • Oversee establishment’s maintenance in terms of 100% functionality, theming, elimination of risks for children, raw materials, etc.
  • Manage any complaints in the Establishments in line with the complaints procedure
  • Manage and lead training of all Attraction Assistant Managers and Coordinators and oversee the training for all employees for ongoing personnel development
  • Partner with Attraction Assistant Managers to arrange coordinator rotas daily with a plan against visitor expectations and staffing budget.
  • Responsible for budgets within specific areas of responsibility
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in relation to purchase and ordering of supplies and resources within the establishments
