Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Duty Supervisor in Real Estate. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring that properties under management are maintained to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills to contribute to our dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the real estate or property management sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks under pressure.
  • In-depth understanding of property management principles and best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; proficiency in another language is considered an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

  • Two to five years of relevant experience in property management or a similar discipline.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Valid driving licenses and ability to travel as necessary to various property sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures to maintain property standards.
  • Facilitate communication between tenants and management to address queries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Monitor tenant satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and property condition.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on property performance and operational challenges to senior management.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site staff and service providers to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service.
