Job Description

AS A VALUED TEAM MEMBER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Case management of DVA files within medical, psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation
• Managing DVA files within the DVA legislative framework
• Liaising with clients, their families and medical providers to assist veterans transition to civilian life.
  Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor and Physiotherapy
• Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence compulsory)
• Sound knowledge of DVA files and legislation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
• A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
