We are looking for :

REQUIREMENTS:

• higher education in economics
• experience in the commercial real estate industry
• analytical skills
• communicativeness and showing initiative
• ability to work in a small team
• fluent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• knowledge of the German language will be an advantage; organizational skills and excellent knowledge of computer and office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); willingness to develop professionally in the real estate market in the field of asset management.

• increasing the value of assets by actively seeking opportunities to optimize revenues and costs
• negotiating lease terms and lease agreements; preparation of analyzes and budgets for real estate
• presenting available space to potential tenants and preparing rental offers
• supervising the work of Managers and subcontractors
• quarterly and annual reporting
• preparation of presentations
• support in the processes of real estate purchase and sale
• contact with agents operating on the commercial real estate market
• collecting market data and information from managers of individual real estates.
