Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Migration Architect to join our team to lead and execute complex migration projects from on-premises environments to Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, planning, and executing migrations, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for critical business systems.

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis and Planning:

  • Assess existing environments and business needs to define migration requirements.
  • Develop detailed migration strategies, including roadmaps, test plans, and risk management strategies.

Architecture Design:

  • Design appropriate architectures for migrating to Dynamics 365 CRM, including data modeling, integration with external systems, and customization of functionalities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement optimal solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM tools and associated technologies such as Azure and Power Platform.

Migration Execution:

  • Oversee the data migration process using appropriate tools like Data Migration Framework (DMF), ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Manage the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Testing and Validation:

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and data quality post-migration.
  • Resolve issues identified during testing phases and adjust configurations accordingly.

Training and Support:

  • Design and deliver end-user training to ensure successful adoption of the new solution.
  • Provide post-migration support to resolve technical issues and optimize the system based on user feedback.

Optimization and Maintenance:

  • Monitor post-migration system performance, propose and implement improvements to optimize operations.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and management of updates to guarantee system longevity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM solutions architect, with proven experience in migrating systems from on-premises to the cloud.
  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM , data migration tools, and cloud technologies (Azure, Power Platform).
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of migration projects.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven skills in system analysis, solving complex technical problems, and process optimization.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and train end-users.
  • Certifications: Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure certifications are a plus.
