REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficiency and relevant qualifications for the role in Dynamics 365 development, customization, and configuration.
Experience with form design, dashboards, workflows, and business processes.
Knowledge of development lifecycle and continuous delivery methodologies.
Expertise in relevant development tools, languages, and platforms such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate Flow, REST APIs and SQL services.
Strong knowledge of secure development best practices and experience working with sensitive customer data.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and managing CRM systems.
Strong skills in diagnosing software issues.
Results-focused with excellent communication and technical abilities.
Professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a quick learning ability.

Develop solutions for our customised version of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and related systems that are part of the Dynamics 365 platform.
Develop and maintain Power Platform low-code solutions utilising Power Automate Flows, Power Portal Pages, and Power Apps.
Develop and maintain data integration between Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as a small number of third-party applications.
Work alongside our other developers, business analyst and with our project manager to present and recommend solution options based on user requirements.
Define and update security roles based on new system features.
Collaborate with the business to extend the capabilities of existing applications.
Handle high priority issues that are escalated by the support team as required.
Engage with vendors and maintain strong relationships to ensure project success.
Perform ad hoc duties as required, utilizing your skills across divisions or departments.
