SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV
• Previous experience working on projects through the full life cycle from Initiation to Go Live
• Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing and Jobs
• Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
• Previously worked in a client-facing role

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Translate findings into Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical requirements.
• Document the outcome of these workshops (Fit Gap, Functional and Technical Requirements Document, Blueprint etc.)
• Help clients decide between multiple configuration options and suggest process optimisation and improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with other functional and technical consultants to configure Business Central to fit customer needs.
• Prepare training materials and deliver training to the client’s key users and end users.
• Write test scripts and support customers during the UAT and Go Live activities.
• Collaborate with engagement managers to deliver high-quality projects.
