Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of our monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, application development, and infrastructure teams, ensuring successful integration and alignment with our business objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a complex, global organization, ideally within a Tier 1 Investment Bank or Financial Services environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace and deep knowledge of Application Performance Management (APM) tools.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT projects, working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in performance monitoring and optimization.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of Dynatrace projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (IT, business units, and third-party vendors) to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Oversee the integration of Dynatrace into existing systems and processes, optimizing application performance monitoring (APM) across all tiers.
Drive the configuration and customization of Dynatrace to meet specific business needs and performance benchmarks.
Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of the Dynatrace platform.
Lead performance testing, incident resolution, and root cause analysis in partnership with application development teams.
Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and reporting to senior management.
Ensure compliance with the bank’s security, risk management, and governance frameworks.
