Description:

As a microfinance bank, we provide financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises both formal and informal, and to underserved individuals who require affordable loans.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- focus is on enhancing customer experience and driving the adoption of digital banking channels such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments.
- Review onboarding documents and implement on the required platforms.
- Resolve all POS / USSD/online banking profile management issues.
- Token management and dispatch.
- Escalate issues requiring higher level of support.
- Merchant and corporate profile admin support on digital channels.
- Digital channel and monitoring.
