Description:
Would you like to work with a leading UK law firm in Edinburgh .
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced, E-Billing Analyst to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative E-Billing support to both the business and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive E-Billing support and communication to internal teams and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues related to E-Billing matters in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure that client charge-out rates are reconciled and correctly applied between the firm’s Practice Management System and E-Billing management platforms
- Assist with the uploading, monitoring, and tracking of all e-bills to ensure timely submission and adherence to deadlines
- Maintain and update comprehensive vendor and timekeeper data in the E-Billing systems
- Liaise with the credit control team regarding approved bills and payment status
- Assist the billing team with any additional tasks as required
- Adhere to the company’s information security policies to protect sensitive data
- Use knowledge and experience with E-Billing platforms to improve workflow efficiency
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adopt a flexible and proactive approach to all work duties
- Apply knowledge of VAT regulations where applicable
- Work collaboratively with the wider finance function to ensure an effective and smooth billing service
- Organise and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Legal Practice Management Systems is preferred
