Description:

Would you like to work with a leading UK law firm in Edinburgh .
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced, E-Billing Analyst to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative E-Billing support to both the business and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive E-Billing support and communication to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues related to E-Billing matters in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure that client charge-out rates are reconciled and correctly applied between the firm’s Practice Management System and E-Billing management platforms
  • Assist with the uploading, monitoring, and tracking of all e-bills to ensure timely submission and adherence to deadlines
  • Maintain and update comprehensive vendor and timekeeper data in the E-Billing systems
  • Liaise with the credit control team regarding approved bills and payment status
  • Assist the billing team with any additional tasks as required
  • Adhere to the company’s information security policies to protect sensitive data
  • Use knowledge and experience with E-Billing platforms to improve workflow efficiency
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adopt a flexible and proactive approach to all work duties
  • Apply knowledge of VAT regulations where applicable
  • Work collaboratively with the wider finance function to ensure an effective and smooth billing service
  • Organise and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Legal Practice Management Systems is preferred
