We are looking to recruit an eCommerce Acceleration Director to join our multi-divisional CDMO function, taking ownership of our one L’Oréal eCommerce strategy to drive growth. This role oversees the L’Oréal Groupe ANZ growth strategy across D2C and indirect e-commerce (pure-players and e-retail). This key role will partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to embed indirect e-commerce growth plans into our key customer joint business partnerships. In addition to this, this role will partner closely with IT to ensure the e-commerce technology roadmap and capability is fit for purpose.
Reporting to the CDMO, this is a key strategic role in the business and requires stakeholder management, e-commerce expertise, inspiring leadership, innovative thinking at its core.
