Ally Fashion is excited to present this outstanding career opportunity for an E-commerce Administrator to take the reins of our Shopify Plus store channel as we continue to enhance our growth in the market. Based in Head Office, Camperdown, you will come in as an experienced E-commerce Assistant and be ready to be a part of an exciting and expansive business.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working alongside our E-commerce team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Shopify Plus website, including driving the product management and merchandising, promotions on the storefront, implementing SEO friendly practices, analyse data, and develop solutions and ideas based on your data findings. Furthermore, your focus will be ensuring the best online experience for our online customers and contributing to growth of the sales, profit, and analytics of our online channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure inventory position is maximized to provide customers with a seamless shopping journey of the latest trends and best sellers.
  • Maintain E-commerce merchandising in line with our brand direction and buying strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the site’s collections and upload end-to-end product details across Shopify: images, tags, filtering, descriptions, autoflows etc.
  • Execute updates and promotional activities to meet deadlines as per our company sales plan and promotions.
  • Follow an intricate category and subcategory tagging system for our sites collections and filters.
  • Create collections based on Google analytics and marketing concepts, buying trends, product attribution, special promos, and sales promotions.
  • Implement CMS page building and hyperlinking across our Online platforms.
  • Meticulously track and monitor performance metrics, competition, and pricing on a weekly basis; monitor best practices, trends, search engine optimization, and the latest marketplace changes
  • Report on inventory and sales performance as well as provide solutions and strategies for optimisation.
  • Liaise with other departments to Implement, review, and optimize websites as well as our APP.
  • Liaise with our E-commerce studio weekly to ensure all product is shot and uploaded as per our seasonal plans.
  • Liaise with our buying and planning teams to ensure a seamless flow of operations for product uploading and merchandising maintenance.
  • Analyse shopify data reports based on sales and product information to implement strategies and increase online sales.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with marketplace and affiliate partners and coordinate any relevant technical set ups and upcoming promotional plans.
