E-Commerce Analyst & Sales Support

We are recruiting for a full-time E-Commerce Analyst & Sales Support in Bridgnorth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in listing items on eBay, exceptional analytical skills, and experience of working within the automotive industry.
This role will be responsible for supporting and co-ordinating the day-to-day eBay sales of vehicle parts and accessories. The role will play a key part in analysing competitor pricing, and product return rate, while communicating effectively with the customer throughout the sales process.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience with eBay, listing items and dashboard navigation.
• Competent IT skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and utilise apps such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Excellent literacy skills.
• Interpersonal skills – you must be able to communicate well and form good relationships with various departments.
• Ability to work independently using own initiative.
• Exceptional analytical skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS, QUALITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience or an interest in the automotive industry.
• Minimum Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English.

• Support with the maintenance of our e-commerce stores.
• Ensure data and imagery are correct on listings.
• Complete competitor analysis on eBay listings and make timely, informed adjustments in line with advised prices and stock levels as per our pricing spreadsheets.
• Support with product return rate analysis.
• Suggest and implement improvements to online trading platforms and processes.
• Process eBay orders through internal stock management systems.
• Effectively manage customer enquiries (via telephone and email) in a timely manner.
• Support marketing and the eBay Operations Manager with production of offers and projects to expand our online business.
