E-commerce and customer experience assistant

We are looking for you, an E-commerce and customer experience assistant, to join us for an impactful and exciting journey in a scale-up environment.

• Ensure flawless customer service for Precycled customers (leading selling platform for the used benefit bikes in the Nordics).
• Process orders and communicate with customers (using our CRM tools) according to Vapaus standards.
• You update our webshop, create new products, and update information daily.
• Take pictures of returned Precycled bikes and edit images using Adobe Photo Editors (Lightroom) on a weekly basis.
• Assisting in planning various marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the maintenance/mechanics team to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Working at least 2-3 days onsite at our office in Helsinki, Sörnäinen.
