• Conduct regular audits on inventory to ensure accuracy of stocks level.
• Identify discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain data integrity
• Provide support the daily/monthly/quarterly website updates
• Manage daily operation of e-commerce platforms, oversee inventory management, products and orders fulfillment
• Attend to all customer inquiries
