Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all daily activities and various e-commerce-related projects;
  • Draft and update briefing documents;
  • Follow up within the project management system;
  • Perform testing and quality control, identifying resulting issues;
  • Be responsible for website update communications;
  • Support product uploads and catalog maintenance;
  • Assist with product enrichment, image uploads, and color sample management;
  • Provide support for product scheduling requests on the website;
  • Help create and program promotions;
  • Contribute to optimizing the user experience on the website;
  • Assist in creating reports to measure e-commerce performance;
  • Support the organization and execution of various projects;
  • Anticipate team needs and offer proactive support;
  • Regularly perform effective competitive benchmarking;
  • Ensure clear communication and cooperation with various departments and teams;
  • Perform any other related tasks
