Description:

The Part-Time Seasonal Fulfillment/Sales Associate is responsible for picking, packing and dispatching online orders in alignment with Laderach standards. The role requires attention to detail and passion for the Laderach brand to ensure the business needs are met with a deep understanding of the impact on customer experience.
This is a contract position with an end date of December 22nd, 2023. Candidates must be available between November 1st 2023 – December 22nd,2023 vacation will not be accommodated during this time.

General Duties:

  • Fulfill, pack and ship orders submitted through Laderach Canada website
  • Execute inventory counts and validate best by dates of products.
  • Receive, stock and organize product into shelves.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse-like/order fulfillment environment
  • Ability to stand for entirety of shift as required.
  • Ability to lift deliveries and outgoing packages. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Enjoys meticulous attention to detail in order to elevate customer experience.
  • Schedule: 5-8 hr shifts for a total of 25-40 hours weekly from Monday to Friday.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Experience in premium retail or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment
  • Equipped with strong interpersonal skills (ability to communicate effectively)
  • Reliable and flexible (including the availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holiday hours based on store needs)
  • Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Passionate about chocolate

Compensation includes:

  • $16-17.50 per hour
  • 50% Employee discount

Responsibilities:

GENERAL DUTIES OF THE SALES ASSOCIATE INCLUDE:

  • Delivering outstanding in-store customer experience, including providing thorough accurate information on Läderach products
  • Executing product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment
  • Targeting the store sales goals through helpful recommendations
  • Helping to achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
  • Following merchandising and food safety protocols
  • Supporting store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects
