JOB SUMMARY
The E-commerce Associate works in a fast-paced environment. The role involves processing online customer orders and handling customer inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
- No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
- Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
- Strong computer and organizational skills

- Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions

Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack and process pick-up and ship-to-home orders in the online orders system.
- Offer replacement products or substituted products to customers for unpicked quantities.
- Update the online orders system with the quantities, storage and pick-up locations, and reason codes for unpicked quantities (if applicable).
- Print receipts and order labels, and attach receipts to the customer orders.
- Put the products in a storage location close to the customer pick-up area.
- Investigate pick-up orders that have not been picked up by the customer.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
