Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Work within the E-Commerce team to fulfill production and shipping requirements and satisfy established department objectives.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Ability to type 40-50 wpm preferred.
- Previous shipping experience preferred.
- Must have computer skills including knowledge of word processing programs, how to use email and internet software.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- General understanding of office equipment.
- Dependable and reliable. Able to follow through tasks to completion and meet deadlines.
- Able to provide accurate information giving careful attention to detail.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Motivated self-starter; willing to take action; show initiative in solving problems.
- Flexible, demonstrating a positive demeanor and attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Ship and post products on ShopGoodwill, eBay and Amazon while meeting production quotas
- Package items for shipment safely and efficiently
- Assist customers in a courteous, professional and helpful manner
- Scan and sort books into appropriate categories
- Accurately describe items listed online with photographs and written descriptions
- Operate equipment and software in the listing and shipment of product
- Organize and stock items, maintain inventory counts as needed
- Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
- Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
- Performs other duties as assigned
