Our dynamic eCommerce team at Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a talented and passionate eCommerce Content Specialist to join our team.
Reporting to the CRO UX Lead, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the success of our online business by creating engaging and compelling content that drives customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop and maintain engaging and user-friendly content (customer-facing & internal) across all channels.
  • Contribute to and maintain digital content style guides.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) including Title tags, Meta Descriptions, and Redirects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather accurate information.
  • Site Experience & Merchandising: Create and maintain promotional site components (banners, coupons) & ensure seamless transitions within the site.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse consumer behaviour using internal and external systems to provide insights based on data analysis and resolve identified errors and participate in query resolution.
