Company Description
As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our online sales channel and have an impact on FLAMANT sales in all markets.
Your main responsibility is to work on webshop management – SEO & Google Analytics.
In your role you are a crucial part of the FLAMANT Marketing team.
Job Description

Tasks:

  • Own the day-to-day operations of our webshop/website, including product catalogue management & content updates.
  • Continuously optimize the online shopping experience on our webshop to maximize conversion rates, sales, customer satisfaction & UX.
  • Customer insights, competitor analyses and market trends are included in your optimizations.
  • Actively participate in testing and implementing future functional projects and improvements on the webshop
  • Participate in the development of the website with the aim to deliver great usability in line with the digital strategy.
  • Liaise with customer service to address customer inquiries regarding products, orders, or returns efficiently.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content, meta tags, and product descriptions to improved search engine rankings and organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
  • Support the FLAMANT digital marketing strategy, leveraging various platforms and tools to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Track & report on paid ads on Google for effective traffic and ROAS.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • You are the point of contact for the technical platforms around the webshop

Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, or a related field and a proven experience of 2-3 years in e-commerce operations, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, with hands-on experience in SEO implementation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills (Dutch-French-English) with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective relationships
  • You have a good understanding of data flows within systems
  • You are mature, work proactively and independently
  • You are highly analytical and can make data-driven decisions
  • You work result-oriented and have an eye for detail
  • You are a hard worker and hands-on.
  • You work in an organized way and can set priorities
