Now, you can be a part of our mission to positively influence the food industry by joining our team as an E-commerce Development Manager for the DACH region.
You’ll primarily focus on managing our presence in the DE, AT, and CH markets, with the UK serving as a supportive market. This role is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and strengthen our e-commerce strategy in the DACH region.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in e-commerce, preferably managing multiple markets.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other e-commerce tools.
- Organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally, especially with translators for localized content.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- E-shop Management: Lead and manage the online stores for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the UK (supportive role), ensuring product presentations and localized content with the help of translators.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (traffic, CR, AOV, sales) and use data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to develop and execute market-specific campaigns.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitor activities to help us stay ahead in the market.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance with actionable insights.
