Responsibilities:
- Create and support online marketing plans, strategies and tactics to drive revenue for hotels.
- Daily management of Hotel online presence in Brand Website and Online Travel Agent website.
- Evaluate the performance of our Brand Website and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotel on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings.
- Monitor OTA performance (through the system) and provide feedback, strategies for growth and improvement based on report.
- Monitor Website Sales Conversions, and use the analitical tools to identify revenue opportunity.
- Manage and update the Hotel’s website and e-Commerce functions including latest campaign, events and promotions from the Hotel
- Monitor rate changes based on online rate structure across all distribution platform and perform rate parity audit.
- Monitor, process, and track sales turnovers and perform administrative duties to maintain accuracy of hotel inventory across online platforms to be matched with availability on Property Management System (Opera).
- Online promotion execution and advertising together with Digital Marketing team. Also related to keep current knowledge of online trends.
- Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provide analytic reports of online sales.
- Manage online reviews platform available for Mamaka by Ovolo Hotels such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews.
