An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Trading team here at N Brown for an Ecommerce Executive. We are passionate about developing our digital business to give our customers the best shopping experience. For this role we are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player to work within the wider ecommerce team, reporting into the Ecommerce Manager providing support for the management and implementation of the Digital Strategy and online promotional plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering the ecommerce strategy and trading requirements.
  • Planning, developing and delivering the online promotional plan for our websites.
  • Proactively trading the website in-season by proposing and implementing reactive activity when required.
  • Supporting the delivery of brand campaigns onsite.
  • Responsible for promotion conversion targets, through improving the online customer experience with a view to maximising sales
  • Report and analyse sales and customer online behaviour utilising Google Analytics Premium and feeding into future online planning
  • Work closely with the wider marketing & product stakeholders to deliver engaging content in line with segment strategy, brand DNA and USPs
  • Recommend and support any ecommerce projects to improve the online customer experience
