Description:

Salary: $3500 to $4000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, with at least 5 years of experience, and hold a degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Mass Communication. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for order fulfillment, account management, customer service, ads and marketing campaigns, social media marketing, and KOL and affiliate management on various shopping platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Fulfillment
  • Work in and work with logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain order tracking systems for customers to follow their purchase status.
  • Analyze fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  1. Shopping Platform Account Management Including Customer Service
  • Oversee and manage accounts on various shopping platforms such as Shopify, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor customer reviews and ratings, taking appropriate actions to address negative feedback.
  • Optimize product listings with relevant keywords and appealing descriptions to improve visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with platform representatives to resolve account-related issues and stay updated on platform policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the product and graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other content formats.
  1. Ads and Marketing Campaign Management on 3rd Party Shopping Platforms
  • Develop and execute advertising and promotional strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and in-platform advertising on shopping sites.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Allocate budgets effectively across various campaigns and platforms to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes on advertising platforms to maintain competitiveness.
  1. Social Media Marketing Management
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives traffic to the e-commerce store.
  • Monitor social media metrics and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the product and graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other content formats.
  • Engage with followers and influencers to build a strong community and enhance brand loyalty.
  1. KOL and Affiliate Management on Social Media Shopping Platforms
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates on platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s goals and target audience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of KOL and affiliate campaigns, ensuring they deliver on KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs and affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Keep track of industry trends and emerging influencers to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
  1. Management
  • Design, implement, enforce and maintain E-commerce business operations (Supply chain, logistics, marketing, B2C online sales and product improvement) SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Assist manager in enforcing and maintaining HR and Finance compliance within the company and report any breaches to the management.
  • Build and maintain an effective internal communication system to facilitate communication between all teams and departments within the company.

Prerequisites:

  • A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
  • Minimum of 5 years online shopping platform experience (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Qoo10, Shopify, etc)
  • Strong understanding of online marketing tools and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

This role offers a hybrid work environment with a combination of on-site and remote work (only after probation), providing flexibility while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere
