An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, attentive and hard working person to join our team as an eCommerce Executive, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Joining a tech-led team based in central Guildford, Surrey, we’re a major distributor of IT Hardware for several large brands. • Brand management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure we’re aligned on strategic initiatives and promotions.
  • Ensure all brand messaging and product listings are accurate and engaging.
  • Inventory management:
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure we have enough stock to meet demand.
  • Reconciliation & discrepancy resolution:
  • Reconcile discrepancies between marketplace reports and our internal systems by raising cases, and compiling evidence to win reimbursements.
  • Product Research & Opportunity Identification:
  • Research and identify new products that should be added to our Amazon portfolio based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Account Monitoring & Performance Metrics:
  • Monitor account metrics to ensure we are exceeding Amazon’s targets and maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Revenue & Profitability Growth:
  • Drive growth in revenue and profitability on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Analyse sales data to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Having lots of fun in a truly rewarding role and business where each day is never the same.

As part of an entrepreneurial team, in an encouraging environment, we hope you will be:

  • Able to demonstrate to us that you can think on your feet, with the ability to get into the detail of any problem and resolve it.
  • A very confident communicator, fluent in English with oodles of common sense.
  • Practical, with a can-do attitude, excited by the work you deliver.

We are certain the right applicant will find every day different with us and love this role! Check out our website at and apply via email to or with a quick call to Rachel Maher on 01483 399 919.
