About the role
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will take ownership of our eBay store, playing a crucial role in managing product listings, driving sales and optimizing our online service and operations. You will also be part of expanding future channels to grow the e-commerce side of the business.
You will also play an important role in maintaining our visual merchandising representation via frequent data maintenance within Salesforce and Shopify.

Tasks

  • Streamlining Processes: Improve and simplify the eBay selling process with the help of the Operations Project Manager.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with external partners and the logistics team to ensure that products are well-organized and correctly listed on eBay.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of all listed and clearance items in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring their status is always updated.
  • Optimizing Listings: Create and improve eBay listings using popular keywords, quality images, and detailed descriptions, following the Bike Club brand guidelines.
  • Production Coordination: Coordinate with eBay mechanics, both in-house and outsourced, to ensure enough bikes are built to meet sales goals.
  • Pricing and Competitor Analysis: Monitor and adjust pricing strategies, review listings for potential discounts, and perform competitor analysis to stay competitively priced.
  • Customer Service: Quickly respond to customer inquiries to maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
  • Promotions and Visibility: Enhance product visibility through promotions and seasonal deals, with advice from the eBay Account Manager.
  • Order Management: Oversee the entire eBay order process using Salesforce and eBay systems.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on eBay inventory, listings, sales, and other key metrics.
  • Website listings: Manage the front-end display of all fleet bikes on our website by maintaining the correct SKU status within Shopify.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment where two days are never the same. If this role excites you will also be an individual who:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in an e-commerce environment.
  • Fast learner capable of developing advanced hands-on knowledge of eBay.
  • Frequent MS Excel user.
  • Strong ability to analyse, interpret and share sales data and analytics for use in forecasting, production, and internal comms.
  • Excellent written, verbal and image communication skills according to persona requirements with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong practical & digital organisational skills.
  • Commercially focused, self-motivated, and able to lead and work within a fast-paced environment, receptive to retail pressure.
  • Ideally sufficient experience within similar roles or educated to degree level in a Marketing, Operations or Business capacity.
