WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR AN E-COMMERCE & FULFILLMENT EXECUTIVE TO JOIN OUR PRODUCTION TEAM.

Manage online sales platforms and oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring efficient handling, packaging, and shipping of products. They collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory management, track sales performance, and enhance the customer experience through timely delivery and service improvements.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the packing and shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, including import and export
• Coordinate with third-party shipping carriers and manage shipping issues or delays
• Printing in-house coffee bean bag labels and packing of goods
• Upkeep and keep track of packing and collateral stock level
• Communicate among different department
• Handle customer orders, process returns, and manage exchanges or service recovery
• Response to customer inquiries via email, addressing any issues or questions about products, orders and shippings
• Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, including uploading images, product descriptions, and setting prices
• Monitor and manage inventory level to ensure products are in stock and record as needed
• Manage online subscriptions, update latest offering
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory
• Provide general support to the production team, including scheduling and correspondence

• Cleanliness within the workspace environmentAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Holding a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1 year experience in e-commerce platforms and fulfillment operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft, G-Suite, Social Media, Shopify, Shippit
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesWillingness to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
