POSITION:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Manager within our Support Centre based in Glasgow city centre to lead our online sales and marketing efforts. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platform, enhancing the user experience, and driving revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced digital environment and have a passion for e-commerce, this role is perfect for you.
An enhanced remuneration package is available for suitable, experienced candidates with experience working within the luxury marketplace

E-COMMERCE MANAGER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven E-Commerce experience preferably within a retail environment or luxury brand
  • Significant levels budget responsibility
  • Strong experience in digital (SEO / SEM / Display / Social Media / e-commerce)
  • Inspiring and infectious leadership style
  • Exceptional organisational skills

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy:

  • Devise strategies to enhance sales, improve user experience, and drive revenue.
  • Transform social media platforms into profitable channels

Team Leadership:

  • Guide e-content assistants, copywriters, and graphic designers to execute e-commerce strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to predetermined plans.

Website Security and Functionality:

  • Review checkout pages and payment procedures for security.
  • Ensure the creation and upload of promotional offers is accurately executed

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyse website traffic and sales metrics.
  • Use insights to inform website maintenance and marketing strategies.
