We’re a thriving, UK-based DTC E-Commerce brand in health and wellness with a fully remote team. Due to rapid expansion we’re seeking a strategic and innovative E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand’s growth. As the ideal candidate, you’ll have a proven track record in DTC E-Commerce, with a strong focus on developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Lead and mentor our internal marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
• Identify new marketing opportunities and trends, adapting our approach to stay ahead of the curve
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon)
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and flows using Klaviyo, with a focus on strategic segmentation and personalization
• Direct landing page design, copywriting, and optimization efforts to maximize conversions
• Guide our social media strategy, content calendar, and community engagement initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and make strategic recommendations for improvement
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI
