Witailer is the marketplace optimization and data analytics brand of Retex S.p.A. Società Benefit, a MarTech company that promotes and accelerates connections between brands and stakeholders, guiding companies in the transition towards a new meaning of Retail. Utilizing proprietary software, we assist brands in increasing their online sales on marketplace platforms to help optimize marketing and advertising activities.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as E-Commerce Operations Intern. If you have a knack for deep dive analysis and you are smart and highly motivated, this is the right role and place for you! This is a great opportunity for you to learn and develop new skills and will work with innovative marketplaces, data visualization and business analysis tools.

• Catalogue Management: Conduct daily audits of the catalogue to check products’ health, minimize chargebacks, and file additional documentation and information required by marketplaces. Lead quality assurance of all executions, ensuring our clients’ products land correctly on marketplaces.
• Marketplace Support: Deal with marketplace support to maximize catalogue saleability and content optimizations attainment. Support the Advertising Team during peak seasons by creating and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Order Management: Ensure adequate order management to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction, managing Witailer clients’ end-to-end marketplaces fulfillment process.
• Process Optimization: Support the teams in streamlining and optimizing processes, identifying improvement areas at all levels. Your ability to manage and prioritize well across competing requirements will be crucial.
• Educational and Professional Mastery: Bachelor’s degree; passion for technology start-ups and e-commerce. Your educational background will provide a solid foundation for the analytical tasks at hand.
• Technical Fluency: High IT literacy with proven use of web and associated technologies (Excel, PowerPoint, Google apps and AI tools such as Chat GPT). Your familiarity with these tools will enhance our reporting capabilities and efficiency.
• Interpersonal Savvy: Your excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that insights are shared and understood across the organization.
• Initiative and Organization: Strong problem-solving skills, with aptitude to work across multiple teams and projects to deliver significant impact on the business. Your proactive nature and attention to detail will thrive in our dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Linguistic Agility: Fluency in Italian and English is essential. Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, German, French) would be a valuable asset, contributing to our diverse and inclusive workplace.
