ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an organised Operations Specialist with e-commerce experience to join our team in London. Reporting to our Inventory Manager, you will help manage the backend operations of our European store. Your role includes coordinating with our third-party warehouse, handling daily tasks, working with the customer experience team, and setting up products across our European storefronts..
- You will also work with the US team to launch new products.
- You will keep an eye on site performance, key metrics, and user feedback to help improve the customer experience and store operations.
- You will spot trends in EU customer support, address any issues that arise, and make necessary changes.
- You will work with the Site Experience Manager to update the site according to the merchandising calendar, and you’ll create localised content for storefronts.
- Your tasks will include supporting product, vendor, and customer management to improve the shopping experience.
- You will check system integrations to ensure new features work correctly and meet quality standards before they go live.
- You will manage product details, including content for storefronts in English, French, and German.
- You will oversee the third-party warehouse to ensure timely shipments and accurate inventory management.
