JOB SUMMARY: E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD - ITAD
- Location: Brampton, ON
- Shift: Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm - On-Site
- Work Setting: Warehouse/Operations
- Operations Team: E-Commerce / Imaging
The E-commerce Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the e-commerce department. This role involves managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring efficient inventory management, and coordinating with various teams to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of hands-on experience in an eCommerce type position/production area.
- Education in a field of study related to E-Commerce, Computer Programming, or a combination of relevant experience and post-secondary education.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and inventory management software.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and organize a team (organize teams depending on volume).
- Strong technical background in electronics.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce process flows and quality requirements.
- Proficient in using Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effective.
- Tasks require lifting of up to 20 lbs. regularly or 40 lbs. occasionally as well as reaching for, pushing and pulling various weights
