CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ FAIRE
As E-commerce Ordering & Assortment Manager, you are responsible, with your team, to manage the assortment offered by Delhaize to its online customers (around 15.000 product references), as well as to ensure the management of stocks of products (quantity, warehouse location, …) following the strategy determined by the E-commerce department. Consequently, the E-commerce Ordering & Assortment Manager will be the business owner of priority Customer Experience and Performance KPIs for E-commerce Delhaize such as Product Availability, Order Completeness, etc. As e-commerce is a fast-growing business, you will also take the lead of projects, optimization initiatives and transformation exercises for the ordering and assortment department to enable volume growth whilst continuously improving the priority KPI’s.
- Assortment management: Manage the selection of products from the e-commerce assortment according to the department’s strategy, in order to be able to offer products that can satisfy customers.
- Ordering: Guarantee the sufficient number of e-commerce products within stock limits, in order to be able to meet the needs of customers.
- Stock management
- Team Management: Attract, motivate, lead, and evaluate team members and help them grow, in order to create a framework in which all employees have the necessary resources and are involved, to ensure optimal staff from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
- Project and Transformation Management: Be the business lead for projects, optimization initiatives and transformation exercises for the ordering and assortment department to enable volume growth whilst continuously improving the priority KPI’s.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the ‘spider in the web’ as this role requires collaboration with many different stakeholders. Building a strong network within Delhaize and Ahold Delhaize as well as with external partners.
