Description:

The Eastwood Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Product Manager to join and lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our e-commerce products, from conception through execution. While leading the Web Dev team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics and business partners to drive the development and enhancement of our online shopping platform, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our e-commerce platform, aligning with overall business goals and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Use insights to inform product development and strategy.
  • Team Performance: Web Dev team meeting or exceeding development and deployment targets.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new features and enhancements. Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Customer Experience: Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and data to improve user experience. Implement changes based on insights to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Web Functionality: Responsible for prioritizing business requirements and managing code deployments with development team.
  • Quality: Ensure quality code using code reviews and testing scenarios to enhance overall website performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned and delivered on time.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and metrics to monitor product performance, assess impact, and make informed decisions. Regularly report on product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the e-commerce platform to improve conversion rates, reduce friction points, and increase revenue.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce product management or a similar role including leading/supervising others. Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and user experience design is preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JIRA) is a plus.
