We seek a driven and strategic E-Commerce Manager to enhance our digital footprint and sales channels in the U.S.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in Shopify management, SEO, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven record in enhancing online sales and customer experience. You should be adept at using e-commerce tools and platforms like Klaviyo, Zendesk, and reviews.io, and possess experience in setting up and managing Amazon accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Website Setup & Performance: Execute and oversee the setup of our new website and continuously monitor their performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Shopify Management: Take full responsibility for managing and optimizing the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless website performance and functionality.
  • Integrations: Build and expand integrations with platforms such as Klaviyo for email marketing, Zendesk for customer service, and reviews.io for customer feedback.
  • Amazon Setup: Establish and manage the company’s Amazon presence, including account setup and optimization.
  • SEO Content Implementation: Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search rankings, working with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Testing: Conduct regular testing of website features and user experiences to ensure high functionality and ease of use.
  • Content Responsibility: Oversee the creation and curation of digital content to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Account Management: Ensure all digital sales channels are effectively managed, keeping accounts updated and aligned with business goals.
  • Product Listings: Create and maintain accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly product listings across all e-commerce platforms.
