Your tasks

As e-Commerce Sales Specialist, you are part of the Sales function of Market Malaysia responsible for driving e-Commerce sales to enhance consumer experience and business growth.

  • Responsible for O2O (Online to Offline) business development and sales management.
  • Responsible for dealer account management for O2O business.
  • Assist to manage flag stores daily operation and grow brand business in responsible platform.
  • Meet growth targets for sales metrics such as Consumer sales, CR (conversion rate), UPT (units per transaction) and ATV (average transaction value)
  • Support digital marketing to manage online big campaigns, marketing and special brand programs
  • Cooperate with field sales to drive online to offline sales.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and key business metrics..

Your profile

Skills:

  • Experience in ecommerce sales.
  • Data analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Capable to work independently with initiative.
  • Strong drive to achieve results by taking ownership in challenging environment.
  • Eager about the role of technology in promoting business.

Education : Degree in business administration or equivalent field
Language : English
