We’re looking for an eCommerce Site Specialist who is eager to grow their B2B eCommerce skill set around all things digital commerce, from marketing strategy, operations, content & everything in between. The ideal candidate can’t wait to dig in and make an impact. You’re the go-to person for teammates and customers, happy to troubleshoot, support, or lend a hand with the many pieces of running a revenue driving website. Your passion for creating an amazing user experience shines through, whether you’re analyzing data, optimizing site performance, or helping others get the most out of our platform.
You’ll work closely with our Digital Commerce Manager, supporting all our Commerce sites, including the US and Canadian Distributor Portals, as well as our D2C sites with our Oberon brand. You’ll collaborate with the content team, ensure campaigns run smoothly, and support customer engagement. If you’re excited about combining eCommerce operations and customer experience—all while working remotely—this role could be your perfect match!
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of conversion-driven sites and the sales side of eCommerce. Understanding of how conversion funnels work and are always looking for ways to improve them. Proactive in identifying issues and helping prioritize them to align with our strategic goals, experienced in supporting the overall strategy and vision set by the Digital Commerce Manager, and contributing to a seamless user experience across all our eCommerce platforms.
Your performance will be measured by the success of the site’s conversion rate, customer engagement metrics, and the timely execution of digital campaigns. Improving user experience and driving revenue growth through proactive site enhancements will also be key indicators of success.

ENHANCE THE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Maintain and update eCommerce websites, managing content updates, layouts, and visual elements within our CMS. Implement changes that align with marketing initiatives, business goals, and deliver a seamless user experience.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (Intershop experience is a plus) and basic graphic design tools (Canva or Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Experience managing small projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Strong customer engagement and troubleshooting abilities, supporting seamless user experiences.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA) & bilingual skills are helpful, but not a requirement
