Description:
Responsibilities:Shopify management and optimisation:
I oversee all aspects of the Shopify platform, including product merchandising and assortment, front-end management, and speed and integration optimisation.
Utilise e-commerce sales psychology to optimise the customer journey, minimising clicks and maximising conversions through strategically placing buttons, calls to action, and other elements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
In-depth understanding of paid media channels, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
Expertise in CRM software, email marketing, customer segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for product descriptions and campaigns.
Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and reporting.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
