Join our team in Munich and become a vital part of Trade Marketing at the LEGO Group. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated e-commerce/digital marketing specialist to co-create innovative online branding for the D-A-CH region guided by insights and a strong shopper understanding!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of the annual E-Commerce activation calendar (locally adapted from Global framework)
  • Drive full-funnel Retail Media strategy via providing guidance and guidelines for Retail Media activation plans, create budget transparency in close collaboration with Sales, evaluate campaigns
  • Equip the Sales team with campaign assets for occasions toolboxes
  • Trade Marketing counterpart for retail activations including advising Sales team on instore material to ensure alignment with omnichannel campaign goals and enhance visibility
  • Drive customer specific campaigns and shape how to activate at retailers digital as well as meaningfully bridging online to offline for omni-players
  • Curios explorer who proactively looks for retail marketing innovations in the E-Commerce and Omnichannel spaces
