We are looking for a qualified E-commerce & Web Lead to join our global consumer omnichannel team servicing EU markets. The E-commerce & Web Lead will handle their respective regional ecommerce performance, by working closely with the digital teams in each market, to deliver consistent and high-quality delivery of campaigns, new features, and CX enhancements on the IQOS websites in order to maximize e-comm channel performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploying the global e-commerce channel and CX strategy by managing & executing the regional e-commerce plans
  • Driving CX roadmap awareness, adoption of toolboxes, capabilities and global CX/eComm initiatives, standards and assist markets with prioritization
  • Leading the communication and engagement with markets for all non-technical improvements such as campaign planning/activation, product launches, CX/ UX improvements, content, and journey optimizations
  • Continuously auditing & measuring channel performance to ensure quality execution and continuous improvement
  • Accountable for the engagement, usage and adherence to campaign enablers / toolboxes
  • Providing compliance assessment for global and local campaigns against guidelines and channel standards e.g. UX & CX standards
  • Leading, coordinating, and validating the market intake requests e.g feature activation, CX enhancements to form part of global roadmap
  • Leading the successful deployment of web & eCommerce initiatives/plans for markets on local solutions (non-centrally managed markets); and supporting the deployment/activation across global platforms managed by global IT / WebActivation teams
  • Supporting the expansion of new marketplaces and continuously optimizing the digital shelf in 3rd party online marketplaces, in conjunction with SEO to ensure visibility and findability
  • Provide feedback to web operations team on opportunities to improve our services to markets
  • Actively review marketing plans for the markets and highlight opportunities to enhance both to eCommerce OC teams
  • Gather and share leading practices, channel insights across markets/regions and provide feedback loop to central teams. e.g. sharing roadblocks and constraints with central team
